In this role, you will:.
- Be the ’face’ of Veliplay, maintaining and developing the business and operational relationship with Veliplay’s partners in your portfolio by providing first-level commercial support effectively to meet our partners’ needs and requests.
- Gain a deep understanding of our partner’s business by forging deep interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage game launches, marketing promotions, and organize quarterly business reviews.
- Drive usage and upsell of VeliPlay games and coordinate any training requests.
- Be an expert on veliplay games – not a technical mastermind but eager to work with internal product stakeholders and learn a lot.
- Maintain awareness with regards to any updates that may have business impact.
- Assist with Technical issue escalations and any queries that our partners may raise beyond the scope of Technical Support and engage other departments in the organization accordingly.
