Infrastructure, MLOps, and Data Engineering on AWS.
In this role, you will:
- Algorithm Development: Researching and implementing Machine Learning and Deep Learning models (specifically for Recommendation Systems).
- Deep Analysis: Feature engineering and analyzing user data to understand behavioral patterns.
- Experimentation: Designing hypothesis tests, running experiments, and optimizing model performance metrics.
- The "Why": Going beyond .predict() to interpret model decisions and causality.
Skills and experience you will need:
- Knowledge in machine learning theory, deep learning, statistical analysis, and probability
- Experience from 2 years with Data Science activities, including data research, feature engineering, and model prototyping
- Experience with creating and supporting algorithmic strategies, specifically focusing on recommendation systems and personalization logic
- Experience in systematically monitoring and evaluating model performance metrics and designing hypothesis tests (A/B testing)
- Experience with Python (PyTorch / TensorFlow), data manipulation (Polars / Pandas), and experimentation frameworks
- Strong background in algorithms and data structures
