 We invite NodeJS Team Lead  to join VeliGames product team.

Games is our game aggregation platform, which revolutionizes adding games to gaming websites. With just one API integration, our clients gain access to an extensive portfolio of over 30,000 games from 135+ connected gaming providers.

In this role you will:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Engage in SRE practices, error resolution, and continuous improvement efforts within the team.
• Drive code quality, maintainability, and performance through clean, efficient, and scalable coding practices.
• Participate in technical decision-making, providing insights and recommendations.
• Implement backend security measures, ensuring data protection and compliance."

Skills and experience you will need:

• Solid experience in Node.js development, with a focus on TypeScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience in NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks.
• Experience with ORMs like TypeORM or Prisma for database interactions.
• Familiarity with Redis or similar for caching and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in building, documenting, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of backend security practices (e.g., JWT, OAuth, data encryption).
• Solid understanding of event-driven architectures and experience with event sourcing or message queue systems. 
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Kafka.
• Familiarity with containerization and microservices architecture (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to other engineers.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins.
• Experience with AWS.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience in the iGaming/Fintech industry or a related field.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular).
• Experience with Clickhouse
