In this role, you will:
- Actively searching for qualified candidates according to business requirements using all possible channels
- Keeping track of the progress of the recruitment pipeline
- Conducting online pre-screens and interviews by competence
- Coordinating with hiring managers
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, and keep in touch with potential candidates
- Being able to represent our company and negotiate the terms of cooperation
- Execute various market analysis reviews
- Keep track of ATS filling quality
Skills and experience you will need:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (or in a similar role), ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience — from proactive sourcing to closing.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); able to keep pipelines organized and processes transparent.
- Skilled in offer negotiations
- Data-driven approach — tracks and improves key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness).
- Confident user of recruitment tools, including CRM systems and sourcing automation platforms.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in sourcing candidates beyond the local market
- Familiarity with basic compliance and hiring regulations (e.g., GDPR, labor law specifics in target markets).
- Working knowledge of Excel functions
