We invite a Senior Product Manager (GameDev) to join the VeliPlay product team.

Our focus is on building next-generation crash games and innovative gaming experiences that seamlessly blend engaging mechanics, immersive visuals, and smooth gameplay.

In this role, you will:
  • Gather and analyse player feedback and market trends to inform product decisions
  • Conduct competitive analysis and user research to shape product features and roadmap
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for differentiation
  • Prioritise features based on player feedback, competitive analysis, business goals, and product vision
  • Define, document, and communicate detailed project requirements and specifications, particularly for game development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align team activities with the business roadmap and organise workflows to meet project goals
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the development team and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
  • Interpret game analytics and key metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, monetisation) to evaluate product performance and inform improvements
  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, GameAnalytics, Tableau) to support data-driven decision-making
  • Review and analyse key business KPIs, using insights to guide product strategy and enhance outcomes
  • Take ownership of Game Design when the role is not staffed, ensuring gameplay systems and features are well-conceived and align with user needs
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, marketing, and QA teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of game features
  • Oversee the game certification process to ensure compliance with platform and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients and partners, understanding their needs and ensuring ongoing satisfaction
  • Contribute to UX/UI design decisions to ensure engaging and user-friendly product experiences
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standard
Skills and experience you will need:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager (3 years) in game development or related fields
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle from conception to launch, including post-launch live operations
  • Familiarity with game design processes, game development cycles, and best practices within the industry
  • Experience implementing a large number of external integrations
  • Experience in split testing, building funnels, working with retention, cross and upsales, and customer journey map
  • Up-to-date with gaming trends, technologies, and player behaviour patterns.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and interpreting game performance metrics (retention rates, engagement rates, ARPU) 
  • Strong organisational and team coordination skills
  • Understanding unit economy
  • Experience with Google Analytics, questionnaires, prototyping, and Google Docs
  • Upper-intermediate level of English and above
