We’re looking for an experienced Employer Brand Lead to join our global marketing team and take full ownership of our employer branding direction.
You’ll be the strategic and creative driver behind how we position VeliTech and our group brands as an employer working independently, but closely aligned with our broader marketing vision. You’ll be the strategic and creative driver behind how we position VeliTech and our group brands as an employer working independently, but closely aligned with our broader marketing vision. If you’re passionate about building authentic employer narratives and want to shape the voice of a tech company across multiple markets, this role is for you.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute a multi-channel employer branding strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, internal channels).
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small but mighty Employer Branding team—provide regular 1:1s, career development planning, and feedback.
- Foster a creative, collaborative, and high-performing team culture grounded in ownership and innovation.
- Build team processes and planning frameworks to align projects with quarterly business goals.
- Transform internal news (product launches, team wins, events) into compelling stories for both internal and external audiences.
- Help leading the Ambassadorship programme: recruit advocates, train them, and co-create content.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (TA, P&C, Design, Tech, Leadership) to define EVP and positioning.
- Measure ROI and sentiment via engagement metrics (e.g., reach, applications, Glassdoor/LinkedIn reviews); adjust tactics accordingly.
- Support and manage recruitment marketing efforts: candidate experience, employer brand job templates, talent campaigns, career site refreshes.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking
Must-have:
- 3+ years in employer branding, recruitment marketing, internal communications, or PR
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure content or branding campaigns that drive awareness and engagement
- Confident speaker and presenter - comfortable running internal sessions, representing EB initiatives, or pitching creative ideas to stakeholders
- Familiarity with employer branding tools and recruitment marketing sources (e.g. Glassdoor, LinkedIn Insights) and analytics
- Experience in tech or gaming/iGaming sectors
- Experience building or scaling an Employee Ambassadorship programme, EVP, budget and EB strategies.
- Event planning & support (hackathons, open days, blood-donation - as VeliTech already does)
