We invite a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join the Gamification product team.

Gamification — our real-time engagement platform that makes play more exciting and rewarding. It brings together tournaments, cashbacks, jackpots, secret boxes, and many more products to keep things fun and dynamic for players.
Under the hood, it’s a microservice-based system built for scale, comfortably handling 50,000+ events every second. Everything happens in real time, so every spin, prize, and reward is processed instantly and reliably.
You’ll be joining a team that works closely across disciplines — from building new features to making sure everything runs smoothly in production — shaping how players interact with the platform every day.

In this role you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web and backend services
  • Create and execute comprehensive test plans for high-load systems
  • Identify, report, and track bugs and issues
  • Implement and manage performance/load testing using k6 or similar tools
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation
  • Collaborate with other teams to define testing requirements and develop test scenarios

Skills and experience you will need:

  • 4+ years of professional experience as AQA Engineer
  • Strong understanding of OOP, Page Object Model (POM), and test framework architecture.
  • Experience in testing backend and web applications
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools for Node.js (TypeScript) applications (Playwright)
  • Experience of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  • Solid understanding of database testing (PostgreSQL, Redis)
  • Experience with continuous integration processes and tools, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD or similar)
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Experience with message broker systems (Kafka)

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., k6)
  • Familiarity with ClickHouse
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (ECS, RDS, ElastiCache etc.)
  • Familiarity with Docker
  • Familiarity with Kibana, Elasticsearch and Grafana
  • Knowledge of security testing principles and tools
