We invite Middle Account Manager to join the VeliGames team.

VeliGames is the aggregation engine built to keep operators ahead of the game. We connect dozens of top-tier providers through one seamless API — fast to integrate, built to scale, and rock-solid under pressure.

In this role, you will:

Responsibilities:

  •  Client Onboarding & Integration Management
  •  Own and lead the full onboarding process for new clients on the VeliGames aggregation platform.
  •  Coordinate with game providers to initiate integrations and negotiate commercial terms.
  •  Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to ensure timely execution of contracts and agreements.
  •  Oversee the technical launch of new providers on client websites, ensuring seamless delivery and configuration.

Account Management & Client Success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
  •  Proactively manage accounts by understanding client needs, product usage, and business goals.
  •  Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients and game providers as needed.
  •  Upsell new game providers and features to existing clients, aligning with their content strategy and market demands.
  •  Provide ongoing support and guidance post-launch, resolving issues and facilitating communication across departments.

Performance Monitoring & KPI Awareness

  •  Regularly analyze the performance of client accounts and individual game providers.
  •  Monitor client-specific KPIs related to game content, GGR, player engagement, and retention.
  •  Share insights and suggestions with internal teams and clients to drive content optimization and revenue growth.

Support & Reconciliation

  •  Assist the Finance Manager with monthly reconciliation and reporting tasks for assigned clients.
  •  Ensure accurate tracking of game performance and invoicing based on agreed commercial terms.

Skills and experience you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management in the iGaming industry (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of B2B commercial processes: onboarding, contracting, invoicing.
  • Experience in client communication and negotiation of commercial terms.
  • Ability to analyze account performance and work with KPIs / GGR data.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Technical).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and ownership mindset.
